YOUR BACK OFFICE: Follow the link that has been emailed to you upon enrollment and get familiar with the back office! Here you will find your metrics, reports, and training materials provided by HQ.

  1. Direct Back Office Link: https://oliveda.office2.directscale.com NOTE: When logging into the back office (DirectScale) you use the username and password you selected

  2. Oliveda Shopping Site Link: https://us.olivetreepeople.com/ NOTE: When logging into the back office from the Oliveda shopping website, sign into the shopping site with your email address and password you selected, then click the back office icon at the very bottom of the page.


If for some reason you still cannot get logged in, email support for a password reset:


HQ EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

HQ email communications to consultants might end up in your spam, other folders or even get rejected due to volume. Please whitelist OTP! Whitelist is telling your email provider that the emails from Olive Tree People/Oliveda are legitimate and to put the email in the inbox. Safe email addresses you should white list:

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL WEBSITE LINK + PRODUCT LINKS: When logged into your Back Office, you will see a box that says ‘MARKETING SITE’ this is your personalized website link to share. It will look similar to this: https://us.olivetreepeople.com/?referral=[thehandleyouchose]


  • When you click this link or share it, you will see your name at the top as the consultant selected

  • You can click on any product and share that direct link. NOTE: When using an iPhone, always copy your link from your browser (NOT the share button - see example below)

  • You can copy your link to the main site, the JOIN US link and the OLIVE BRAIN QUIZ and save them to your link tree AND save any most used links in your note section for quick access (see exampled below)

If you'd like to receive email notification when you have a client shop or new consultant enroll with you head to you back office and turn those notifications on!


In your back office, you will hit the hamburger drop down (the three horizontal lines) > Select Business > Select Notifications > Select Settings > Choose ‘RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS’


Be sure to hit SAVE CHANGES for each option you wish to be notified of.


HOW TO LOCATE CUSTOMER ORDERS


In your back office, you will hit the hamburger drop down (the three horizontal lines) > Select Business > Select Team Dashboard > Change drop down from Distributors to My Customers > Click the customer you want to view > Scroll down to ‘View Order History’ - new window go to View Order

DAY TWO ONBOARDING

HOW TO GET PAID:

HOW TO GET PAID VIA PAQUICKER:

  • New consultants will receive an email from Payquicker with link to register once they have earned their first commissions to be paid.

  • There is also now a link to register for Payquicker in the back office under “Payments” ‼️

  • Payquicker will trigger your W-9  form once you reach the $600 threshold (taxable income).

  • You will still get paid on your sales before that threshold is met.


FAST START BONUS: EARN 2X COMMISSION

+ both you and your recruit achieve 100 LRP or 250 PV (LRP = leadership reward program AKA distributor auto ship / PV = personal volume of sales)

+ instead of 10% commission paid on this L1 -- you will make 20% (on kits and LRP orders) + per new recruit for 60 days from their enrollment

+ paid weekly starting the week the bonus is earned (qualifications are met) and paid out weekly for that month.


TEAM GROWTH BONUS:

+ recruit 3 people with kits in 1 month – earn $50 bonus

+ replicate by each (3) direct level 1s recruiting 3 people each (with enrollment kits) – $250 bonus

+ replicate by their L1s (27 total) – $1500 bonus

***It is REALLY important that you take before and after pictures of yourself. Many of us would have NEVER believed the changes in our faces after only a week if I hadn't had photographic evidence. I encourage you to take a picture of yourself (facing a window so that you have a light source pointing at you) in the same location at the same time of day make-up free. Take images from the front and a 1/4 turn each way.

  • LRP = Leadership Rewards Program. This is our consultant/distributor subscription program and we receive our 25% consultant discount (customers can also opt for a subscription and receive a 10% discount)

  • the product names refer to the product line and the order in which they were created. (for ex: F59 is a facial product and was the 59th product created)

  • there is no minimum requirement to be paid and no purchasing requirement ever

THE BRAND AND MISSION:

  • OTP focuses on the healing properties of the olive tree – on average olive trees live anywhere from 400-1k years (even up to 4k years); something amazing is going on there

  • We have more than 30k eco certified mountain olive trees protected in a nature reserve (one of the largest olive tree farms in Spain)

  • We have over 130k bees on the olive tree farm that provide raw materials for some of our formulas.

  • Instead of using water in our formulas, OTP partners with indigenous peoples in Africa to build and provide water wells.

INGREDIENTS AND LABELS:

  • WE ARE WATERLESS. The benefits to waterless beauty products are insane. You will however find 'water' on the ingredient list of some of our products. This is to satisfy European regulations. There is no added water in our formulas, however, it is a natural byproduct of the process of pressing the olive leaf (and creating the cell elixir) and, therefore, has to be listed this way on the label.

  • We formulate with our OLIVE LEAF ELIXIR instead of water or oil as the base for our products – this allows for concentrated active ingredients and product lines suitable for a variety of skin types.

  • HYDROXYTYROSOL - compound found in olives (and even more concentrated in the olive leaf). One of the most antioxidant natural compounds (20x more than vit c) — antioxidant, anti inflammatory, anti cancer - holy moly.

  • ‘FRAGRANCE’ is EO blends, never synthetic – European standards and regulations for fragrance are different — only 30 ingredients allowed in “fragrance” (compared to thousands here) and all ingredients in the fragrance are approved by the EU (not to include any of the 4080+ banned ingredients or allergenic ingredients)
